通过走访、调查我国的部分人民法院,发现在目前的司法语言使用中还存在着很多明显的问题。如司法语言的规范化、文明化尚未引起足够重视;法庭语言规范化各省市地区发展不平衡;司法人员的法庭语言素质有待继续提高;法律文书中存在不规范用字现象等。对此我们提出了一些政策建议并展望未来。
Through visiting and investigating some of the people's courts in our country, I found that there are still many obvious problems in the current judicial language use. Such as the standardization and civilizationalization of judicial language, which have not drawn enough attention; the normalization of court languages is not balanced in the development of various provinces and municipalities; the judicial language quality of forensic courts needs to be further improved; and irregularities in legal documents exist. We have put forward some policy suggestions and look forward to the future.
