复方三生针源于《局方》三生饮,系中医治疗学中温化峻剂,我所临床采用温化法治疗肺癌,通过67例临床观察,初步认为复方三生针具有一定缓解疼痛、改善全身情况、稳定癌块、延长生存时间等功效。前阶段药理研究已证明:复方三生具一定促凝血作用、镇痛作用、消炎作用,以及降低毛细血管通透性、减轻炎性渗出和兴奋肾上腺皮质功能等作用。现在通过复方三生针抗肿瘤实验,证明:①对艾氏腹水癌腹水型平均延长生存时间2.3—9.5(P<0.05或P<0.01),对实体型抓制率为16％(P>0.05),②对S180腹水型延长生存时间6.8天(P<0.05),对实体型抑制率14—48％(P>0.05),③对U14抑制率为16
