襄樊市木材公司是一家国有老森工企业,有过辉煌的过去。可是,在市场经济条件下,由于改革滞后,管理不善,到1996年底亏损额累计达1,173万元,净负债588万元,几乎滑到了倒闭的边缘。在这危急关头,上级领导部门重组了领导班子,他们在总结经验教训的基础上,及时调整工作思路,大胆进行改革,仅一年时间,使一个特困企业奇迹般的复活了。究竟奥秘在哪里?我们带着这个问题采访了市林业局副局长兼木材公司经理张先宏同志。他颇有感受地向我们讲述了绝处逢生的几手硬招,使我们深受启发。
Xiangfan City Timber Company is a state-owned Lao Sen enterprises, have had a brilliant past. However, under market economy conditions, due to the lagging reform and poor management, by the end of 1996 total losses amounted to 11.73 million yuan and net liabilities of 5.880 million yuan, almost sliding to the verge of bankruptcy. At this critical juncture, the higher-level leadership reorganized the leadership team. On the basis of summing up their experiences and lessons, they timely adjusted their work train of thought and boldly carried out reforms. Only a year had passed away, a miraculous revival of a destitute business enterprise took place. What the mystery where? We took this issue interviewed the city forestry bureau deputy director and wood company manager Zhang Xianghong comrades.
