选取2014年2月-2016年2月期间我院诊治的T_2DM患者30例作为糖尿病足和同期身体健康人员30例作为对照组,分析糖尿病组患者中的SF与其他指标活性之间的相关性、SF的诊断价值分析并比较两组患者的SF、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹C-肽(C-P)、空腹血糖(FPG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。然后与30例健康对照组进行比较,并分析其与各指标的相关关系。结果糖尿病组患者的SF、FPG、FINS、C-P、Hb A1C、LDL-C、TG、TC、HOMA-IR高于对照组,HDL-C低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);直线相关分析显示T2DM患者SF与FPG、HOM A-IR、Hb A1C呈正相关(P<0.01);与FINS、TG无相关性(P>0.05);与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05);SFROC曲线显示SF对T_2DM具有一定的诊断价值。结论 SF不仅影响患者的糖脂代谢,而且造成胰岛素抵抗,是T2DM的危险因素。
Thirty patients with T2DM diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the control group, 30 cases of diabetic foot and the same period of health personnel, the correlation between SF and other index activity in diabetic patients was analyzed, (SF), fasting insulin (FINS), fasting C-peptide (CP), fasting blood glucose (FPG), total cholesterol (TC), glycosylated hemoglobin (Hb A1C), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR). Then compared with 30 healthy control group, and analyzed its correlation with each index. Results The levels of SF, FPG, FINS, CP, Hb A1C, LDL-C, TG, TC and HOMA-IR in diabetic group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between SF and HDL-C (P <0.05). The linear correlation analysis showed that SF was positively correlated with FPG, HOM A-IR and Hb A1C ); SFROC curve shows SF has a certain diagnostic value of T_2DM. Conclusion SF not only affects the patient’s glucose and lipid metabolism, but also causes insulin resistance, which is a risk factor for T2DM.
