采用伸缩式搅拌头对8 mm厚的5A06铝合金进行了搅拌摩擦焊接(FSW)试验,对不同回抽速度下的焊缝接头进行了力学性能测试、显微组织观察。结果表明:回抽速度变化时,焊缝的抗拉强度和屈服强度均有所变化,当回抽速度为5 mm/min时,焊缝的屈服强度和抗拉强度均较高。回抽速度变化时,焊缝热机影响区组织流变形貌不同,焊核区晶粒均为细小的等轴晶组织。
The friction stir welding (FSW) test of 8 mm thick 5A06 aluminum alloy was carried out by using retractable mixing head. The mechanical properties of the welded joints under different pumping speed were tested and the microstructure was observed. The results show that both the tensile strength and the yield strength of the weld seam change when the pumping speed changes. When the pumping speed is 5 mm / min, the yield strength and the tensile strength of the weld seam are both high. When the pumping speed changes, the microstructures and rheology of weld heat affected zone are different, and the grains in weld nugget zone are all fine equiaxed grains.
