首次拜访经销商,是指厂家业务人员第一次上门拜访经销商老板或相关负责人,其前期布局的精细程度,直接决定了拜访效果。上一期,我们谈到了厂家业务员在经销商那里的角色定位。那么,厂家业务员在经销商公司具体做哪些事情,可以在经销商老板乃至其业务团队中树立自己的定位呢?这个话题如果单独来讲,很可能比较抽象,我们把这个内容与厂家业务员的工作过程结合起来,就会更加具体而直观。所以,我们先从对经销商的首次拜访谈起。
The first visit to the dealership refers to the first visit of the manufacturer’s business staff to the dealer’s boss or the relevant person in charge. The fine degree of its early layout directly determines the effect of the visit. In the previous issue, we talked about the role of factory salesmen in dealerships. So, what do the factory salespersons specifically do in the dealer company, and can set their own position in the dealership boss and even their business team? This topic, if alone, is likely to be more abstract, we put this content with the factory salesman. The combination of work processes will be more concrete and intuitive. So, we started with interviews with dealers for the first time.
