《中华人民共和国教师法》自1993年10月颁布施行以来,各地各级政府和学校在保护教师合法权益、保障教师待遇、加强教师队伍管理等方面,做了大量工作,也取得了显著成效。但不可否认的是,教师法的贯彻实施也还存在着不少问题,影响到教育事业的发展,主要有:1.编制总量不足,配置不尽合理。目前,随着各地学生总量的增加,小学“五改六”规定的实施,以及教育主管部门关于班额的规定等诸多新情
Since the promulgation of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Teachers in October 1993, all localities and governments at all levels and schools have done a great deal of work in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of teachers, ensuring the treatment of teachers and strengthening the management of teachers. They have also achieved remarkable results. However, it is undeniable that the implementation of the Teacher Law still has many problems that affect the development of education. The main problems are as follows: 1. The total amount is not enough and the allocation is not reasonable.
