本文通过对弗氏完全佐剂诱导大鼠多发性关节炎模型,观察独活寄生颗粒对弗氏完全佐剂诱导大鼠多发性关节炎预防和治疗给药的效果。结果表明:独活寄生颗粒预防和治疗给药均对大鼠AA原发性损害的预防给药的足周径肿胀度具有明显的抑制作用,而对大鼠AA继发性损害的足周径肿胀度有一定抑制作用。提示抗炎免疫作用是独活寄生颗粒解除痹痛的部分药理作用基础。
