分别对镀锡、镀镍、非晶态镍磷化学镀膜、新型非晶态镍铜磷复合化学镀膜4种防腐镀膜冷凝换热器进行了换热实验研究。研究表明,新型非晶态镍铜磷复合化学镀膜的防腐性能和传热性能最好,传统镀锡则最差。得出了可应用于类似冷凝换热器研发的实验关联式。
The heat transfer experiments of four kinds of anti-corrosion coated condensing heat exchangers, which are tin-plated, nickel-plated and amorphous Ni-P electroless plating, and new amorphous nickel-copper-phosphorus composite electroless plating were carried out respectively. Research shows that the new amorphous nickel-copper-phosphorus composite chemical coating has the best corrosion resistance and heat transfer performance, while the traditional tin plating is the worst. The experimental correlation that can be applied to the research and development of similar condensing heat exchanger is obtained.
