首轮《新疆通志·政务志·政府》的正式出版,为第二轮《新疆通志·政务志·政府》编修工作积累了经验,打下了坚实的基础。第二轮《新疆通志·政务志·政府》编纂工作按计划于2009年初启动,上限为1996年,下限为2010年,计划150万字左右。《新疆通志·政务志·政府》编纂工作是一项任务繁重而复杂的系统性工程,需要集中各方面力量推动。为确保工作顺利推进,在组织领导体制上,继承、发展了首轮修志工作留下的宝贵经验,并在此基础上与时俱进、有所创新。
The formal publication of the first round of “Xinjiang Tongzhi, government affairs, and government” has accumulated experience and laid a solid foundation for the second round of editing work of the “Xinjiang general politics, government affairs and government.” The second round of compilation of “Xinjiang Annals, Government Affairs and Government” started as planned in early 2009 with a ceiling of 1996 and a minimum of 2010 of 1.5 million words. The compilation of “Xinjiang Tongzhi, government affairs, and government” is a systematic and complex task that needs to be focused on various aspects. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the work, we have inherited and developed the precious experience left by the first round of work on the revision of the work on the organizational leadership system, and on this basis, we have kept pace with the times and made some innovations.
