所在学校多年坚持开发生物校本课程,积累了一定的经验,以该校本课程开发的路径,分享同行。校本课程需要“开”。校本课程开发是学生发展的需要;校本课程开发是教师成长的途径之一。因为校本课程开发不仅对教师提出了新的要求,还为教师的专业发展提供了可能性;校本课程开发是学校成长的途径之一;校本课程应该“发”。课程决策民主化;课程理念明晰化;课程开发程序化;课程展示多元化。教师在实践中,对自己所面对的情景进行分析,对学生的需要做出评估,确定目标,选择与组织内容,决定实施与评价的方式。还要注意,校本课程开发的主体是教师,教师的素养显得更为重要,还要坚持创新,凸显校本课程校园文化的情境性特点。
