目的:探讨参龙健脑胶囊对脑缺血损伤大鼠脑保护作用及对海马区胆碱乙酰基转移酶(ChAT)表达的影响。方法:采用结扎双侧颈总动脉制备脑缺血模型,参龙健脑胶囊低、高剂量组和吡拉西坦组剂量分别为0.4,1.2,0.45 g.kg-1,ig 1次/d。ig 28 d后观察神经功能并评分、脑病理组织切片并应用免疫组织化学染色法观察ChAT在缺血脑损伤大鼠海马区的表达。结果:模型组大鼠神经功能缺损明显(P<0.05),海马区ChAT表达减少(P<0.01);与模型组相比,参龙健脑胶囊治疗组大鼠的神经功能缺损改善(P<0.05),大鼠海马区ChAT表达显著增加(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:参龙健脑胶囊对脑组织损伤的保护作用与其促进脑组织ChAT表达密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Shenlongjiannao Capsule on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and its effect on the expression of choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) in hippocampus. Methods: The model of cerebral ischemia was established by ligation of bilateral common carotid arteries. The doses of Shenlongjiannao Capsule in low, high and piracetam groups were 0.4,1.2,0.45 g.kg-1, ig 1 / d . After 28 days, the neurological function was observed and scored, and the brain pathological sections were obtained. The expression of ChAT in the hippocampus of rats with ischemic brain injury was observed by immunohistochemical staining. Results: Compared with model group, the neurological deficit in model group was significantly lower than that in model group (P <0.05), while the expression of ChAT in hippocampus was decreased (P < 0.05). ChAT expression was significantly increased in hippocampus of rats (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion: The protective effect of Shenlongjiannao Capsule on brain tissue injury is closely related to its promotion of ChAT expression in brain tissue.
