智力因素对于一个人毕生的发展有着重要影响。然而,非智力因素对一个人的成长同样有着不可或缺的重要作用,值得每一位教育工作者和家长重视。在实施素质教育的过程中,重视和培养学生的非智力因素,已成为世界教育发展的新趋势。本研究首先阐述了非智力因素在教学中的积极作用,之后总结本人的教学实践,尝试着提出了语文教学与小学生非智力因素的培养途径:(1)培养良好学习习惯,增强学习动机;(2)创设问题情境,激发学习兴趣;(3)加强情感交流,培养积极健康的情感;(4)正确对待失败,锻炼坚强意志。
Intellectual factors have an important impact on the development of a person’s life. However, non-intellectual factors also have an indispensable and important role in the growth of a person and deserve the attention of every educator and parent. In the process of implementing quality education, attaching importance to and cultivating students’ non-intellectual factors has become a new trend of world education development. This research firstly expounds the positive role of nonintelligence factors in teaching, then summarizes my own teaching practice and attempts to put forward the ways of cultivating non - intelligence factors in Chinese teaching and primary school students: (1) cultivating good study habits and enhancing learning motivation; 2) create problem situations and stimulate interest in learning; 3) enhance emotional exchanges and develop positive and healthy emotions; 4) correctly handle failures and exercise strong will.
