面对新的竞争与挑战,乡镇企业要想在市场竞争中处于不败之地并发展壮大,必须根据企业自身的特点,制定出一套行之有效的经营对策和合理的竞争策略。从长期的经验积累中我们总结出以下几种战略: 组建公司按照规模效益和专业化的原则,在现有乡镇企业中有计划地组建一批“大、高、外”型的企业集团,培植一批大中型企业群体,形成一支经济技术实力强,能够带动乡镇企业发展的骨干力量,营造“船大抗风浪”的竞争优势。因为,大公司(大企业或企业集团)在市场竞争中具有明显的优势:一是企业规模大,综合实力强;二是产品质量好,竞争优势明显;三是科技含量高。因此,各地区要打破地域和行业界限,坚持以市场为导向,以优势产业、骨干企业和名牌产品为龙头,以资产为纽带,以科技为依托,加快企业间的联合与购并,在乡镇企业中形成一批代表企业发展最高水平的,具有市场竞争优势的“航母”。构筑系列化生产协作系列化生产体制协作的发展战略,就是大企业通过提供原材料、资金、技术、信息以及加工订货等方式把同自己相关的众多小企业纳入
