网络科技的发展,使得网络电视传播方式逐渐盛行起来,并深受人么的喜爱。但是,也正是因为网络电视的发展,使得它和电视剧、电影先关的著作权侵权纠纷经常发生。因此,在对信息网络传播权的理解以及适用方面,出现了分歧。基于此种情况,笔者对信息网络传播权的适用进行了详细地分析和思考,并提出了自己的几点浅见,希望能给相关工作人员提供一些有价值的参考和借鉴。
The development of network technology, making the network TV broadcast gradually prevailed, and loved by people. However, it is precisely because of the development of Internet TV, making it and television dramas, movies related to copyright infringement disputes often occur. As a result, differences have arisen in the understanding and application of the right to information on the Internet. Based on this situation, I made a detailed analysis and reflection on the application of the right of information network dissemination, and put forward my own humble opinion, hoping to provide some valuable reference and reference to the relevant staff.
