我们采用中药阿胶的原料——新鲜驴皮,经过提取精制而制成精制驴皮胶(Colla corii asini,简作CCA),与氯化钠组方配成代血浆,定名为CCA代血浆。制品总氮含量0.5～0.65%,重金属在15/10,000,000以内,pH为6.5～7.5,渗透压为302mOsm/L,相对粘度1.8±0.15,特性粘数17～25,数均分子量为19000～22000(nitschmaun氏浓度渗透法),粘均分子量为10000～15000,其它质量均符合中国药典注射剂要求。制品用多种动物进行药理实验,结果表明,本品无毒性、过敏原性及热原性,无渗血、溶血现象,对凝血、纤溶系统和血液流变学性等无不良影响,动物主要脏器经组织学检查未发现损害性改变。失血量为67%的狗24只,用本品救治,72小时存活率为95%,输入本品后3小时血压可达失血前血压的82%,3小时血浆维持95%,血液电解质在5天、血象在20～30天
