目前,我国已成为仅次于美国的第二大互联网用户市场。在各类形形色色的网站中,提供电影在线观看、下载的网站不计其数,其中有一些是非注册的或非法的用户。同时,还有一些盗版光盘进入市场。自1997年我国开放引进国外大片至今,盗版对电影市场的冲击一直未停息。盗版行为严重侵害了权利人的合法权益。我国政府采取了大量防盗版措施,严厉打击盗版活动,以保护知识产权,维护权利人的合法权益。本文编译了日本防止电影偷拍的相关法律措施,供我国电影行业反盗版工作借鉴。
At present, our country has become the second largest Internet user market after the United States. There are countless websites available for download on all types of websites, some of which are not registered or illegitimate users. At the same time, there are some pirated CDs entering the market. Since 1997, when China opened its doors to foreign movies, the impact of piracy on the movie market has not stopped. Piracy seriously infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of the obligee. My government has taken a large number of anti-piracy measures to crack down on piracy activities in order to protect intellectual property rights and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of right holders. This article compiled the relevant Japanese legal measures to prevent the filming of candid movies for our anti-piracy work in the movie industry.
