上钢三厂根据生产发展,结合本厂实际条件,自行研究的1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢界面吹氩新工艺在国内具有一定的独创性。工艺简便,切实可行,经济效益显著,该工艺的发展是符合电炉炉内工艺改革方面,具有推广价值。本工艺特点是将原来的扩散脱氧改为沉淀脱氧以及应用冶金过程动力学的双膜理论,用浅部吹氩强化钢渣相界面反应动力学条件,使钢液界面浓度高的Cr元素向钢液内部扩散,从而加速渣中(Cr)不断还原。
