坐姿不当有碍睡眠——多做扩展运动不管是上学的、上班的,还是经常开车的,很多人都觉得自己特别容易犯困,这很大程度上是因为坐姿不当引起的。正常人的脊椎是S形的,但如果坐姿不当,会造成背部肌肉操劳过度,产生背痛或背部僵硬,睡觉时也不能使身体保持自然的S形,身体放松不下来,从而影响入睡。
