2017年,全国检察机关案件管理工作的总体思路是:以党的十八大和十八届三中、四中、五中、六中全会精神为指导,深入学习贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神,认真学习贯彻中央政法工作会议、全国检察长会议精神,顺应改革新形势,紧紧围绕检察监督工作全局,全面履行案件管理职能,完善业务监督管理机制,深化业务信息化应用,提升案件管理科学化、精细化、专业化水平,为促进规范司法、提高司法公信力提供有力保障。
