用双探头ECT进行~(18)FDG符合线路显像,探讨对肺癌的诊断价值。 39例未确诊的肺部病变患者,禁食4h静脉注入37-111MBq~(18)FDG。静休1-2h在胸部行断层显像,用叠代法重建。检测病灶区与对侧对照区核素的浓聚比值,超过1.3为显像阳性。根据显像结果对肺癌诊断的灵敏度是93%(25/27),特异性83%(10/12),符合率90%(35/39)。本显像技术对肺癌诊断有较好的应用价值。
The dual - head ECT was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of ~ (18) FDG coincidence imaging in lung cancer. Thirty-nine patients with undiagnosed lung disease were injected with 37-111MBq ~ (18) FDG 4h after fasting. Static rest 1-2h in the thoracic tomography, reconstruction method using the iterative. Detection of lesion area and contralateral control area nuclide concentration ratio, more than 1.3 for imaging positive. The diagnostic sensitivity of lung cancer was 93% (25/27), 83% (10/12) and 90% (35/39), respectively. The imaging technology for the diagnosis of lung cancer has a better value.
