本文首先介绍了分层次教学模式的理论基础,然后通过对篮球专选课教学的调查研究得出结论:“分层次教学模式”有利于因材施教,有利于学生个性心理发展,有利于培养学生竞争意识。它解决了课堂统一施教与学生程度参差不齐的矛盾,有效地发挥了教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用,使教与学更紧密、更协调的相互配合。文章的最后对篮球专项班“分层次教学”提出了几点建议供广大学者借鉴、参考。
This paper first introduces the theoretical basis of the hierarchical teaching model, and then through the investigation of basketball selective courses teaching concluded: “hierarchical teaching model ” is conducive to teaching students according to their aptitude, is conducive to the psychological development of students personality, is conducive to cultivating students’ competition awareness. It solves the contradiction between the uniform teaching in the classroom and the uneven student level, effectively plays the leading role of the teacher and the main role of the students, and makes the teaching and learning more closely and coordinated with each other. The last article of the basketball special class “hierarchical teaching ” made a few suggestions for the majority of scholars for reference.
