交流调速技术近年来发展极快,特别是应用微机的矢量控制技术的开发。交流调速的精度和控制性能目前已经能与直流电动机相媲美,装置的价格也日益降低,加之交流电动机本身的优点,大有取代传统的直流调速的趋势。宝钢二期工程引进的日立造船设计制造的大型板坯连铸机,全部采用了交流传动方式。其主要特点是:精度高、能耗低、操作容易、维护简单。本文就连铸机采用的晶体管PWM 方式变频器(VS—616H)与应用微机的矢量控制变频器(VS—686TV)的原理作一介绍;并根据连铸机各主要设备工作特点及其对传动装置的要求,说明了如何选定传动方案;最后还对交流变频调速的特点进行了简单分析。
AC speed regulation technology developed rapidly in recent years, especially the application of computer-based vector control technology development. The precision and control performance of AC speed regulation have been comparable with DC motor at present, the price of the device is also decreasing day by day. Coupled with the advantages of AC motor itself, it has greatly replaced the traditional DC speed regulation trend. The large-scale slab continuous casting machine designed and manufactured by Hitachi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. introduced by Baosteel Phase II Project adopted AC drive mode. Its main features are: high precision, low energy consumption, easy operation and easy maintenance. In this paper, the continuous casting machine PWM inverter (VS-616H) and the application of microcomputer-based vector control inverter (VS-686TV) the principle of an introduction; and according to the main features of continuous casting machine and its transmission Device requirements, shows how to select the transmission program; Finally, the characteristics of the AC variable frequency speed control were briefly analyzed.
