程教授通过对儿童功能性腹痛病因病机的分析,结合小儿生理病理特点,认为该病应以八纲辨证为主,着重辨寒热虚实,临床以食积热结、寒凝气滞、脾虚寒凝气滞三证为主,治疗以肺脾同调、攻补兼施、既病防变为原则。将理法方药熔为一炉,规范化治疗,临床取得了满意的疗效。并附验案1则以资验证。
