将班主任理解为“各科教师教育影响的统一者”,是对班主任“纽带作用”的曲解。各科教师的教育影响既不需要统一,也不可能统一,而且也不应该由班主任来统一。
To interpret the class teacher as “the unity of all teachers’ educational influence” is a misinterpretation of the “link function” of the class teacher. The educational influence of teachers in different disciplines does not need to be unified nor can they be unified, and teachers should not be unified.
