介绍1种Sn2+激活的(Sr,Zn)3(PO4)2:Sn2+荧光粉的高温固相反应合成工艺。制备主峰波长620~630nm的橙红色荧光粉,此种荧光粉的温度特性优于同样用于全光谱荧光灯的(Sr,Mg)3(PO4)2:Sn2+红色荧光粉。
A high temperature solid state reaction synthesis process of one kind of Sn2 + activated (Sr, Zn) 3 (PO4) 2: Sn2 + phosphor is introduced. The preparation of an orange-red phosphor with a main peak wavelength of 620-630 nm is superior to the (Sr, Mg) 3 (PO4) 2: Sn2 + red phosphor which is also used for full-spectrum fluorescent lamps.
