遵循联合国粮农组织(FA0)国际植物检疫措施标准(ISPM)规定的有害生物风险分析(PRA)准则,从地理和管理标准、传入可能性、定殖可能性、扩散的可能性、经济影响的评估等5个方面对黑雀麦在我国的风险性进行了定性分析,并利用相关分析模型进行了定量分析,其综合风险值R为2.18,符合进境植物检疫性有害生物的条件,据此提出了相关的风险管理备选方案,并进行了效率和影响评估,以期使其风险减少到可接受的水平。
