重介质振动溜槽是我厂的主要选矿设备。在选矿过程中,控制好重介质悬浮液的浓度、比重是决定选别指标的主要因素。我厂所用的加重剂是梯形跳汰机一、二室产出(-2毫米粒级)的赤铁矿。生产过程中,为了保证振动溜槽内悬浮液的比重(控制在1.8～2.2),弥补加重剂在脱介和浓密斗中的损失,就必须连续补加一定量的加重剂。
Heavy medium vibration chute is my factory’s main mineral processing equipment. In the beneficiation process, controlling the concentration of heavy medium suspension, the proportion is the main factor that determines the sorting index. The weighting agent used by our factory is the trapezoid jig one or two chamber output (-2mm grain size) hematite. In the production process, in order to ensure that the proportion of suspension in the vibration chute (controlled at 1.8 ~ 2.2), to make up for the loss of weighting agent in de-escalation and thick hopper, a certain amount of weighting agent must be continuously added.
