大冶钢厂—炼钢分厂冶炼轴承钢,弹簧钢及合金结构钢等钢种,采用平炉—电炉混炼法,加RH循环脱气处理工艺。自1967年RH设备投产以来,RH设备的耐火材料内衬寿命较低、钢质量也因产品要求应进一步提高,本工作即为结合大冶钢厂条件,为提高轴承钢、弹簧钢的冶金质量而开展的设备与工艺改进的试验研究。 科技攻关主要技术措施为:(A)平炉出钢时在出钢槽上的分渣技术;(B)试用Cr-Mg质耐火材料制的RH设备循环管,并改进吹氩方式;(C)试验研究氩气保护浇铸(下注法)钢锭技术。
