The AT45DB041B is a high-capacity, high-speed serial flash memory from ATMEL. It operates on a single 2.5-3.0V or 2.7-3.6V supply and is compatible with the SPI Serial Peripheral Interface and can be used with a variety of microprocessor interfaces with clock frequencies up to 20MHz.
