Recently, China Association for the study of official documents Miao Fenglin recommended, China Personnel Publishing House solemnly launched a new book --- “practical administrative document writing and handling”, “practical electronic document transmission and processing” available. As a companion to the theory and practice of official documents handled by the executive authorities, the two books complement each other, and they can be described as the mentors and teachers of state civil servants and the necessary tools for official documents processing by administrative staff
