目的提供一种检测血吸虫毛蚴趋向作用的新方法从而弥补改良的Roberts比较法的不足。方法利用SCW对毛蚴具有吸引作用这一结论设置对比实验,即用清水和SCW溶液分别吸引毛蚴,在钉螺模拟装置中计数检测的钉螺毛蚴数量,进行统计分析,得出结论。结果 A号钉螺模拟装置中(装有去氯水)分别检测到钉螺数:第一组:0只,第二组:1只,第三组:0只,第四组:2只;B号钉螺模拟装置中(装有SCW溶液)分别检测到钉螺数:第一组:7只,第二组:9只,第三组:11只,第四组:8只;经统计学计算P<0.001。结论与改良的Roberts(Φ形容器图3)相比,该装置具有制取和设计简便,取材方便,计数方便,方法简捷,更能准确的证明毛蚴的趋向作用,为研究工作节约了大量时间。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a new method to detect the trend of Schistosoma japonicum in order to make up for the deficiencies of the improved Roberts comparative method. Methods Using SCW to attract miracidia, a comparative experiment was set up. The results showed that miracidia was attracted by fresh water and SCW solution respectively, and the number of detected spirillum magna was counted in the snail simulator, and the conclusion was reached. Results Number A snail number was detected in A snail simulator (with dechlorinated water): group 1: group 0: group 1: group 3: group 0: group 4: group 2 In the snail simulation device (with SCW solution), the number of snails was detected respectively: the first group of 7, the second group of 9, the third group of 11, the fourth group of 8, and the statistics of P < 0.001. Conclusion Compared with the modified Roberts (Φ-shaped container, Figure 3), the device has the advantages of easy preparation and design, easy drawing, convenient counting, simple and accurate method to prove the trend of miracidia and saves a lot of time for the research work .
