目的:探讨参慈胶囊及顺铂对小鼠Lewis肺癌组织中NF-κB mRNA的影响。方法:将40只C57BL/6小鼠自接种Lewis肺癌瘤株细胞建立实体瘤模型,随机分为参慈胶囊组、参慈胶囊+顺伯组、顺铂组、模型组。模型组予等量生理盐水,其余各组荷瘤小鼠均用药21 d,采用FQ-PCR技术检测Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠癌细胞表达NF-κBmRNA的情况。结果:与参慈胶囊组、顺铂组、模型组比较,参慈胶囊+顺铂组能显著降低Lewis肺癌组织NF-κBmRNA的表达(P<0.01)。结论:参慈胶囊+顺铂能下调NF-κB mRNA的表达,可能是二者抑制肿瘤生长的的机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the effect of shenqi capsule and cisplatin on NF-κB mRNA in Lewis lung carcinoma in mice. Methods: Forty C57BL / 6 mice were inoculated with Lewis lung cancer cell lines to establish a solid tumor model. They were randomly divided into three groups: Shenzi capsule group, Shenqi capsule + Shunbo group, cisplatin group and model group. The model group was given the same amount of saline, and the remaining mice in each group were treated for 21 days. The expression of NF-κB mRNA was detected by FQ-PCR in Lewis lung cancer-bearing mice. Results: Compared with the ginseng capsule group, cisplatin group and model group, ginseng capsule + cisplatin group could significantly decrease the expression of NF-κB mRNA in Lewis lung cancer (P <0.01). Conclusion: Shen-Tsai capsule and cisplatin can down-regulate the expression of NF-κB mRNA, which may be one of the mechanisms of both inhibiting tumor growth.
