目的主要对肠杆菌科细菌的生化鉴定系统进行合理研制,并对该系统进行评价。方法将细菌生化鉴定时常用的常规API微生物鉴定系统作为对照组,将我院自制的细菌生化鉴定系统作为观察组。将自行研究的生化基质置聚苯乙烯条在脱水制干之后组成鉴定条,并辅以细菌编码技术,来对100株临床菌株进行鉴定,并将其鉴定结果与API鉴定结果进行比较。结果有11株标准菌株接近本系统,在8-24h内对其进行观察,观察结果符合率为92.4%-98.8%。本系统与常规API鉴定方式的技术水平符合率为95%。两者之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论该新研制的肠杆菌科细胞鉴定方法快速简单,并且可以为临床治疗提供一个准确的实验依据。
Objective The purpose of this study was to systematically study the biochemical identification system of enterobacteriaceae and to evaluate the system. Methods The routine API microbial identification system commonly used in the biochemical identification of bacteria was taken as the control group. The homemade biochemical identification system of bacteria in our hospital was taken as the observation group. The biodegradable polystyrene strips, which were researched by ourselves, were made into identification bands after dehydration and drying, supplemented by bacterial coding technology to identify 100 strains of clinical strains, and compared their identification results with API identification results. Results Eleven standard strains were close to the system and observed within 8-24 h. The coincidence rate was 92.4% -98.8%. The system and the conventional API method of identification of the technical level of 95% compliance. There was no significant difference between the two (P> 0.05). Conclusion The newly developed method for identification of Enterobacteriaceae cells is fast and simple, and can provide an accurate experimental basis for clinical treatment.
