采用LD侧泵的Nd:YAG声光调Q直腔式激光器,对其进行声光调Q实验,获得了稳定的激光输出。实验表明,泵浦电流达到阈值电流后,输出的平均功率随泵浦电流的增加呈线性增加,达到最大输出功率,此后,电流增加,功率急速下降;调Q时,在右间距为5mm处有最小漏光功率,若左右偏移,偏移量越小,漏出光功率越小,反之,则越大;调Q后,随着调制频率增加,输出功率随之增加,但最大输出功率值下降。
The Nd: YAG acousto-optic Q-switched cavity laser with LD side pump was used to conduct the acousto-optic Q-tuning experiment and a stable laser output was obtained. The experimental results show that the average output power increases linearly with the increase of pump current and reaches the maximum output power after the pump current reaches the threshold current. After that, the current increases and the power drops rapidly. When the Q is adjusted, The minimum leakage power, if left and right offset, the smaller the offset, the smaller the leakage optical power, and vice versa, the greater; Q modulation, as the modulation frequency increases, the output power increases, but the maximum output power decreases.
