本文基于性别视角,以82个团队领导者和383名员工为样本,探讨了女性和男性管理者在授权型领导行为、领导-部属交换以及二者关系上的差异。结果发现,女性管理者的授权型领导行为、领导-部属交换明显高于男性管理者;异质性别组合的领导-部属交换存在显著差异;女性管理者的授权型领导行为对领导-部属交换有更大的影响。研究结论丰富了性别视角下两性领导风格研究,也为企业管理实践中优化人员合理配置、提高领导者的管理效能提供了有益指导。
Based on the gender perspective, this article uses a sample of 82 team leaders and 383 employees to examine the differences in empowerment-led behavior, leadership-subordinate exchange, and their relationship between women and men. The results showed that the empowerment-led behavior of female managers was significantly higher than that of male managers in leadership-subordinate exchange; the leader-subordinate exchange of heterogeneous gender portfolio was significantly different; the empowerment of female managers led to subordinate exchange Greater impact. The conclusion of the study enriches the study of gender leadership style in gender perspective, and also provides useful guidance for optimizing the rational allocation of personnel and improving the management efficiency of leaders in business management practice.
