目的通过对辽宁省乡村医生培训状况及需求进行调查,了解当前乡村医生培训的问题,明确需求,并给予合理建议。方法以辽宁省五市乡村医生为调查对象,结合ACGME合格的医生应当具备的6大胜任力,对乡医基本信息以及培训需求进行调查,并对培训影响因素进行分析。结果参加培训学时数不同的人群组间,在年龄分布、学历分布上和收入分布上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训需求以临床技能需求最高(82.0%),科研学习能力需求最低(24.9%),不同年龄、学历背景人群对各项培训的需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),31~35岁年龄组段乡医对临床技能和医学知识培训需求最高,分别为89.5%和78%。大专学历乡医对临床技能培训需求最高,为87.9%。结论辽宁省乡村医生对继续教育培训需求的差异较大,应以需求为导向针对性的开展培训项目。
Objective To investigate the current situation of rural doctors training in Liaoning Province and their needs and to understand the current training of rural doctors, to clarify the needs and to give reasonable suggestions. Methods Based on the investigation of rural doctors in five cities in Liaoning Province and the six competencies that ACGME qualified doctors should have, we investigated the basic information and training needs of rural doctors and analyzed the influencing factors of training. Results There were significant differences in age distribution, education distribution and income distribution among the groups of people who participated in the training hours (P <0.05). The training needs were the highest in clinical skills (82.0%), research and study ability (24.9%). There was significant difference in demand for various trainings among different ages and educational background groups (P <0.05). The township doctors in the 31-35 age group had the highest demand for clinical skills and medical knowledge training, respectively 89.5% and 78%. College degree physicians have the highest demand for clinical skills training, 87.9%. Conclusion The demand of rural doctors in continuing education and training in Liaoning Province is quite different. Training programs should be targeted at the demand orientation.
