文章应用程控交换机上的系统管理程序及泰斯达电信业务综合管理平台,结合程控交换机和相应外围设备的连接方式找到了故障点,解决了计费系统无法进行话单分拣的问题,提出了1套处理此类故障的处理原则,为故障迅速准确地处理提供了依据。
This article finds out the point of failure by combining the system management program on the PBX with the integrated management platform of Telestar Telecom, finding out the point of failure based on the connection between the PBX and the corresponding peripheral devices, and resolving the problem that the billing system can not process CDRs. A set of handling principles to deal with such failures provide a basis for rapid and accurate troubleshooting.
