随着“一带一路”的提出越来越被广大群众所熟知,有人把“一带一路”与二战时期的马歇尔计划相提并论,认为二者其实是一样的。这种观念是对“一带一路”的不理解与混淆,我们必须要正确认识“一带一路”。
With the proposed “One Belt and Road” being more and more widely known by the general public, some people put the “Belt and Road” in line with the Marshall Plan of World War II and argue that the two are in fact the same. This concept is a failure to understand and confuse the Belt and Road. We must correctly understand the Belt and Road initiative.
