目的:观察复方鱼腥草口服液对辐射损伤后小鼠外周血相的影响。方法:将小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、刺五加阳性对照组、复方鱼腥草口服液 21.5g·kg-1、10.75g·kg-1二个剂量组,灌胃15天后致伤。通过60Coγ射线的四个不同剂量组,即1.5Gy、3.0Gy、6.0Gy和8.0Gy照射,观察辐射对小鼠外周血相的影响。结果:服用复方鱼腥草口服液组小鼠与单纯接受60Coγ射线照射的小鼠相比较,外周血相具有显著改善(P值均<0.01),可升高白细胞(WBC)1倍左右,对红细胞(RBC)及血小板损伤的也有不同程度的促进恢复作用。结论:该口服液可改善辐射损伤后小鼠的外周血相指标。
Objective: To observe the effect of compound Yuxingcao Oral Liquid on the peripheral blood of mice after radiation injury. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into two groups: the blank control group, the model group, the Acanthopanax senticosus positive control group and the compound Yuxingcao oral liquid 21.5g · kg-1,10.75g · kg-1, Injured after 15 days. The effect of radiation on the peripheral blood phase of mice was observed by irradiation of four different dose groups of 60Coγ ray, namely 1.5Gy, 3.0Gy, 6.0Gy and 8.0Gy. Results: Compared with mice receiving 60Co γ ray alone, the mice in the compound Houttuynia oral solution group had significantly improved peripheral blood (P <0.01) and increased the WBC by about 1 time, Right red blood cell (RBC) and platelet damage also have different degrees to promote the recovery. Conclusion: The oral liquid can improve the peripheral blood phase index of mice after radiation injury.
