目的了解唐山市家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性情况,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法采用微量点滴法,检测唐山市家蝇野外种群对胺菊酯、氯氰菊酯、顺式氟氰菊酯、高效氟氯菊酯、甲基吡恶啉等杀虫剂的抗药性水平。结果唐山市家蝇对胺菊酯、高效氟氯氰菊酯、顺式氯氰菊酯、甲基吡恶磷的抗性系数为低抗性级别;溴氰菊酯为高抗性级别。结论应根据抗药性调查结果科学合理使用杀虫剂。
Objective To understand the resistance of house flies to commonly used insecticides in Tangshan City and provide the basis for the scientific and rational use of insecticides. Methods The micro-spotting method was used to detect the resistance of housefly in Tangshan to insecticides such as tetramethrin, cypermethrin, cis-cyhalothrin, high-performance bifenthrin and methylpyrazine. Results The resistance coefficients of housefly to tetramethrin, cyhalothrin, cis-cypermethrin and methylpoxolane in Tangshan City were low resistance level. Deltamethrin was highly resistant. Conclusion Insecticides should be used scientifically and rationally based on the results of the drug resistance survey.
