研究了玻璃颗粒在铝硅合金搅拌混合过程中的碰撞团聚过程及机理。结果表明,玻璃颗粒与铝液润湿性良好,开始阶段易于分散。随着时间的延长和颗粒添加量的增加,玻璃颗粒进入铝液后,表面会熔融。玻璃颗粒的粘连团聚特性使其在铝液中容易形成团聚颗粒体,由于搅拌负压引入空气的富集,这些团聚颗粒体的平均密度变小,导致团聚颗粒体带起更多的玻璃颗粒上浮。
The collision agglomeration process and mechanism of glass particles during the mixing process of Al-Si alloy were studied. The results show that the glass particles and aluminum liquid wettability is good, easy to disperse the initial stage. With the extension of time and the amount of particles added, the glass particles into the molten aluminum, the surface will melt. The agglomeration characteristics of the glass particles make it easy to form agglomerated particles in the molten aluminum. Due to the negative air pressure, the average density of the agglomerated particles decreases, which leads to more agglomeration of the agglomerated particles. .
