文中对玉柴重工YC135-8挖掘机的降噪分析及实施过程做了详细的阐述。通过测试摸底原机器的噪声水平,通过声强测试、振动测试等方法找到机器的主要声源及声音传播的主要途径,为了降低挖掘机噪声的主要措施提供了数据基础。通过降噪措施的实施和测试验证,总结出一套相对较优的降噪方案,对新品开发中低噪声设计和批产产品噪声水平改进工作起到一定的指导作用。
In this paper, Yuchai Heavy YC135-8 excavator noise reduction analysis and implementation process are described in detail. Through testing the noise level of the original machine, through the sound intensity test, vibration test and other methods to find the main source of the machine and the main way of sound transmission, in order to reduce the noise of the excavator provides the data foundation. Through the implementation of noise reduction measures and testing and verification, a set of relatively optimal noise reduction programs are concluded, which plays a guiding role in improving low-noise design of new products and noise level of batch products.
