运用CAFE方法对纯铝晶粒细化过程的宏观晶粒组织演变进行研究,采用非均匀形核模型及改进的KGT模型对形核过程及枝晶长大CET转变过程进行模拟。晶粒细化实验证明模拟结果和实验结果相一致。说明利用Pro CAST的CAFE模块,通过建立合理的体形核密度及过冷度可以实现对纯铝细化前后的晶粒度进行预测。通过模拟与实验结果相结合的方法揭示了微量元素Fe在晶粒细化过程中的作用机理。
The macroscopic grain microstructure evolution of pure aluminum during grain refinement was studied by using CAFE method. The nucleation process and the CET transformation process of dendrite growth were simulated by heterogeneous nucleation model and modified KGT model. Grain refinement experiments show that the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results. The Pro CAST CAFE module is used to predict the grain size before and after refinement of pure aluminum by establishing reasonable bulk density and supercooling degree. Through the combination of simulation and experimental results, the mechanism of trace element Fe in grain refinement was revealed.
