目的:研究分析临床治疗糖尿病肾病患者,进行检查时使用血清胱抑素C(Cysc)的指标的意义。方法:根据我院2011年~2012年接收的糖尿病肾病患者60例作为研究对象,然后以同一时期来我院进行身体检查的60名正常体检者作为研究组的对比组。检测2组的血清胱抑素C(Cysc)、血肌酐、尿肌酐、尿素,对比分析2组患者的肾功能水平。结果:研究组患者血清胱抑素C、血、尿肌酐及尿素水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。而研究组患者3种肾功能指标检验中,以血清胱抑素C阳性检出率最高,与其他检测指标阳性检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病肾病患者进行血清胱抑素检测能够更早的对患者病情进行确诊,同时又可以作为治疗和预后观察的指标,所以在临床中具有较重要的意义。
Objective: To analyze and analyze the clinical significance of using serum cystatin C (Cysc) in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Sixty patients with diabetic nephropathy who were admitted to our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were selected as the study subjects, and then 60 normal subjects who came to our hospital for physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group. Serum cystatin C (Cysc), serum creatinine, urinary creatinine, and urea were measured in two groups, and renal function was compared between the two groups. Results: Serum levels of cystatin C, blood, urine creatinine and urea in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). In the three groups of renal function test, the positive detection rate of serum cystatin C was the highest, and the positive detection rate of other test indexes was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Serum cystatin in patients with diabetic nephropathy can diagnose the disease earlier and at the same time can be used as an indicator of the treatment and prognosis, so it has more important clinical significance.
