贯彻落实《纲要》精神的关键是教师教育行为的转变。怎样才能实现教育行为的转变呢?我的体会如下: 一、关注幼儿,满足需要。 教师的教育行为是影响幼儿发展的重要因素。有些幼儿之所以对活动不感兴趣,在一定程度上是由于教师对幼儿的关注不够造成的。有位小朋友每次画画都迟迟不肯下笔,即使画了,也是画不了几笔就对老师说画完了。有一次,我选了这位小朋友的画,很认真地进行了装饰并贴在班上的“欣赏角”里。这是这位小朋友的作品第一次受到关注。令人感慨的是,自此以后,这位小朋友爱上了画画,且每天都要画一幅画送给我。教师对幼儿的一个赞赏和鼓励,会使幼儿更加积极地投入到学习中去。

What is impressive is that since then, the kid has fallen in love with painting and has painted a picture every day for her. Teachers’ appreciation and encouragement to young children will make young children become more active in their studies.
