本文仅就在档案工作创新服务大局的新形势下,如何随着经济、社会的发展,人民群众期望值的不断扩大,现行文件中心作为党和政府联系广大人民群众的桥梁和纽带,如何与时俱进创新服务,使现行文件利用中心以崭新的面貌展现给世人,以满足人民群众各方面利益的需要。为此,围绕更新服务理念、拓宽服务渠道、创新服务机制、更新服务手段、增强服务本领几个问题作一些简要的思考。
With the economic and social development and the ever-expanding expectation of the masses of the people, how can the current document center serve as a bridge and link between the party and the government in contacting the broad masses of the people? We should innovate new services so that the existing document utilization center will be displayed to the world with a brand new appearance so as to meet the needs of the people in all fields. To this end, we will give some brief reflections on the following aspects: updating service concept, broadening service channels, innovating service mechanism, updating service means and enhancing service ability.
