高校高学历、高职称人员(以下简称“双高”)是高校建设和发展的生力军,他们的素质好坏,直接关系到高等学校的社会主义办学方向、人才培养质量、科学研究水平、社会服务效果和文化传承影响。本文以江西省高校为样本,对1098名“双高”人员进行调查问卷,以了解高校“双高”人员的职业道德、政治思想以及他们的入党意愿和态度,并对高校“双高”人员的教育管理提出完善和改进的意见和建议。
