目的:研究质控管理在胃镜清洗消毒质量控制中的作用。方法:在台山市人民医院2014年12月至2015年12月,在胃镜清洗消毒质量控制过程中进行质控管理,将其生物学监测结果进行对比性的研究分析。结果:观察组的胃镜清洗消毒合格率显著高于对照组;观察组胃镜清洗消毒的内腔质量评分与外表面质量评分均高于对照组。结论:质控管理能够有效提供胃镜清洗消毒质量。
Objective: To study the role of quality control in the quality control of gastroscope cleaning and disinfection. Methods: From December 2014 to December 2015 in Taishan People’s Hospital from December 2014 to December 2015, the quality control of gastroscopic cleaning and disinfection was carried out. The biological monitoring results were compared and analyzed. Results: The qualified rates of gastroscope cleaning and disinfection in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The cavity quality score and the external surface quality score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: Quality control can effectively provide endoscopic cleaning and disinfection quality.
