利用光学显微镜、透射电镜、显微硬度计等对高碳贝氏体钢的显微组织及亚结构进行观察和研究。结果表明,试验钢在250~280℃等温处理可获得细小针状下贝氏体组织;随着等温时间的延长硬度逐渐下降;贝氏体组织亚结构由纳米级板条贝氏体铁素体及板条间奥氏体构成,没有碳化物析出。
The microstructure and substructure of high carbon bainitic steel were observed and studied by optical microscope, transmission electron microscope and microhardness tester. The results show that the microstructure of the needle-like lower bainite is obtained when the steel is isothermally treated at 250-280 ℃. The hardness of the microstructure decreases with the increase of isothermal time. The microstructure of the bainite structure consists of nanosized lath bainitic ferrite And between the lath austenite, there is no carbide precipitation.
